Biography

Degree in Analytical Chemistry (MSc) at the University of Rome "La Sapienza" in 15/09/2016 Final mark: 110/110 cum laude. After winning the PhD scholarship in 2016, she is developing her research activity in the Bioactive compounds, and small molecule in the agri-food matrices and in waste products.

Identification and characterization of bioactive compounds in food and by-products by liquid chromatography coupled to high resolution mass spectrometry. Development of analytical methods to identify emerging contaminants in food and enviromental matrices.

Determination of contaminants and their transformation products in environmental matrices
Development and validation of analytical method for metabolomic and peptidomic analysis
Development and validation of analytical methods based on nanoHPLC and high resolution mass spectrometry for proteomic analysis
Development and validation of LC/tandem MS methods for food quality and safety
